Emotions are a heck of a thing arent they? I wake up some mornings and I am a ball of energy sorta Buddha like - I can do it all: answer all of lifes tough questions, be the best friend, mother, sister, daughter, wife, business women, cook, house keeper, and self there ever ways. Then I have my days when I go to bed wondering how I could possibly mess up anymore than I have today. Regret is an awful leach, you have to get it off of your body before it sucks you dead. My friend and PR sponsor told me something I have heard many time before in my life, but this time it stuck a pin in my soul. "Strive for improvement not perfection." Whether I wake up and have a day of practicing, failing, or achieving I'm okay with it. I'll just start over again and again until I get it right.

This is not what I was expecting when Glenn messaged me "We'll have 2 fish for dinner." I am use to trout being a one man meal and there is six of us, so I was thing there is not way he is crazy.
I wish I had taken a picture of the meal Glenn cooked up with one of these bad boys.

"Lost Episodes"

I found this post in my draft box from almost a year ago. Oops :)

DL the farmer.

DL started out as a guy
who came to check out our trailer we
had for sale, but I mentioned my unwillingness to
clean the hutches out and the boys started talking and it turns out he
DL raises meat rabbits too. Glenn offered for him to bring his doe over to
mate with our buck. To thank Glenn DL offered to give him some
of his eggs and so the relationship begins.

Mmmmm.....
Nothing like farm fresh eggs
and jumbo at that.

I am glad Glenn decided to start raising meat rabbits:)
or we may not be getting this for free.

(This was so fun to read since we now raise our own laying hens.)

I borrowed this workout series, Slim in 6, from a friend and I am going to give it my all. I have already done the first workout twice, but then I took two days off because I was so sore. I am back at it again and since today is Monday I am going to count this as day one. If you have this workout do it with me and share with me your accomplishments.
Boy do I feel great! One day down and 42 days left. Aw! I share with you my view from the floor.
He is my biggest supporter. He is always with me when I workout and even more so always willing to tough out a walk with me. :)
